To submit your credentials to The Ludus Hall of Champions, follow the steps below:
- Film yourself achieving the standards for any level.
- Post them to Instagram using the relevant hashtags, e.g. #theludus #level1standards.
- Notify us via the Contact Form. Include your name, location, the name of your ludus (gym) if relevant, and the date of achievement.
